You are graduating from secondary in a few months. You have only a few day lefts before the first tour at SRAM close so you need to choose in what program you want to start at cegep.

Great, you choose to become a paramedic. You started this program and everything going well. In your first semester you have to choose a company to go on a one-day internship. Your two favorite companies are CETAM or U-S. U-S is busier, but CETAM is closer to you home.

Now that your internship is done you can wait to finish your three years of studies. Before going back to school you need to fill your internship report but you also want to go see you boyfriend. You only have time for one thing.

You choose to do your internship at U-S. You see a lot of COVID patient but the patient you like the most was the patient who got shot in the chest. He had a lot of bleeding and the paramedic did three bandages to stop the hemorrhage. The paramedics like your professionalism and ask you if you was interested in getting a part-time job to wash the ambulances and prepare them for their next shift. You don't know what to say because you are afraid of running out of time for your homework with a part job.

You work really hard to finish your homework in time. You help the other students who need tutoring. All teachers like you and you have offers everywhere before you even graduate. You have two great offers that you consider. The first one is with the CETAM who offering you to work wherever you choose. The other one is with the SPLL with a great salary.

You spent to many hours with your boyfriend over the three years of your program. You miss a few dead line and got bad grades. Your score is the lowest of the class. You graduate but with no mention and now you can't find a job at a place that you enjoy. You can choose to go work as a paramedic in Nunavut or go back to school to become a nurse.

Congratulation for accepting the job. You go on to work and study in the same time. You finish with honor in the Pre-Hospital emergency cares program in only three years. U-S offer you the job of your dream has a paramedic in their companies. Everything is perfect almost your partner is a not the somebody you can rely on. He lied to your supervisor multiple times. You can go tell your boss or you can keep quiet.

Refusing the job at U-S was a bad idea. You have a lot of time to study but you don't have any experience in this field. After you graduate, U-S don't have any place for you. You have to search for another place to work. CETAM or SPLL look like good place to start your new career as a paramedic.

You decide to stop going to school and go work as a cashier in the IGA close to you parent home. You spend your life regretting to had drop out of school. You never quit you parent home and never add a success in you life. You finish your life as the old cashier from the supermarket who loves cats. Try again for a better life.

You go and tell the boss. He fired the other paramedic but give you a warning to tell him sooner next time that there a problem like that. A few years go by and you got the opportunity to become an advance paramedic by going to university.

You don't tell the boss but somebody else finds out and tell him. You have to answer some question has to why you didn't tell him. Now the others paramedic don't trust you anymore. You find it too hard to work with the pressure of being the untruest one. After a while you decide to give your 2 week notice and resign. You pass the rest of your life working as a cashier in a supermarket.

I hope you like snow and cold. You make a lot of money but you soon realise that polar bear are not so nice. You put on weight because you have nothing to do accept catch cold and eat in front of the television. You have a good life but no friends except the penguin and a dog.

Nice choice, SPLL paramedic are like a second family for you. You really like working there, everybody like you. Your partner and you are the best duo in the company. After a few years they offer to your partner and you a place in an exchange with the paramedics of the United States of America. You will learn new skills and use their protocols. They offer you an exchange at Chicago or at Los Angeles.

You are studying in the Advance Paramedic program at the University of Montreal. For two years, you will be learning from doctor some special and complicated skills. You will be a great student and graduate with good grades. For years as an advance paramedic, you will save life and help people in need. You will never be tired of your job and enjoying all day till you retirement at 67 years old.

Your career as a paramedic is done but before considering retiring you decide to go teach at Ahuntsic College in the Pre-hospital Emergency Care program. The exchange wasn't a bad idea but going to Chicago was. It was nice for working but not for living there. You didn't know anybody except your partner. Choosing to teach traumatic class wasn't a difficulty for you because you always had good grades in that class. You teach the traumatic appreciation of the patient and the six protocols of trauma. You share and teach the trick for doing good bandage and how to save the life of a traumatic injured patient. The students didn't really like the class at first because it seems hard but the like it because of your teaching skill.
